We offer a variety of steaks like NY, Ribeye, Filets, T-Bone, Tomahawk, Sirloin, Cubed, and Flank. This list is always evolving whether it be the cut size or the introduction of new cuts so always check back for more!

Value-added Bison
If you are a sausage fan we have raw Italian sausage as well as links including South West Green Chili, Mexican Chorizo, North African Merguez and Cheddar Jalapeño. Not into sausage – how about black pastrami for some amazing sandwiches or Burritos already made!

LOCKER STYLE BISON

Rock River Bison has come up with a solution to Locker style processing plants being booked out 12-18 months. Based on the items we offer we have built a very close equivalent of a Bison eight, quarter, half or whole cut up (including organ meats & bones).
You will receive a volume discount on each option. An eight or quarter receives a 5% discount and halves or wholes receive a 7.5% discount.
