Rock River Bison has come up with a solution to Locker style processing plants being booked out 12-18 months. Based on the items we offer we have built a very close equivalent of a Bison eight, quarter, half or whole cut up (including organ meats & bones).
You will receive a volume discount on each option. An eight or quarter receives a 5% discount and halves or wholes receive a 7.5% discount.
